Muaythai aka ” The art of eight limbs” is a traditional form of martial arts having its origin from Thailand. It’s now considered to be amongst the deadliest combat sports and also one of the fastest growing sports in the world being developed several hundreds years ago as form of close combat that utilizes the entire body as a weapon.

This is going to be a 1 hour power packed session with various fitness workouts to uplift your fitness game with learning new forms of Martial Arts.
Muaythai group Session Workouts are designed to gradually build on your stamina , strength with simple workouts and eventually to increase the intensity of the workouts.
It includes high intensity interval training to work on improving your cardio. Also Body weight and strength based workouts Strength to build on your strength.
The group sessions are from 06:15 – 07:15 AM from Monday – Saturday.
